Yes, that’s right a 3lb loss this week. Even with a chicken burger binge last Thursday. The week ahead I will be happy with a maintain seeing as we have pancake and valentines day. I aim to up the home workouts this week but we shall see.
Monday – Home-made SW burgers and beans
Tuesday – Pancakes
Wednesday – 3 Course Valentines meal Breaded Baked Camembert – Duck al la Orange – Profiteroles
Thursday – Chicken and Sweetcorn Noodles
Friday – Steak and SW chips with corn on the cob
Saturday – Chinese Chicken and Broccoli
Sunday – Roast Dinner
