Meal Plan Monday #5

Another week down and a 2lb loss. I happish with that, I just know it could of been more if I hadn’t overindulged over the weekend.

I do so well all week and then totally sabotage myself at the weekends. I have decided to go back to weighing on a Saturday morning and may even start back at group. I’m going to give myself to the end of Feb. My thinking is if I weigh on a Saturday morning a loss will give me motivation to stay on plan over the weekend.

Here’s this weeks meal plan –

Sunday

Lamb Shank Roast dinner
