The beginning of the week started off so well..
But stepping on the scaled this morning I have gained 3.5lb.
All of our evening meals during the week have been Slimming World friendly. Its a shame that I can’t say the same about all the snacks that I have had and our weekend meals.
Going into this new week I have a new found motivation. Im drawing a line under the last two weeks and going to get a 100% on plan week under my belt this week. To set me on the right track not only have our planned our dinners this week but all of my meals Monday-Friday. On the weekend we have family visiting which will mean the possibility of eating out and take aways but I’m going to try my best to pick sensible and not go over board.

Dinner – Jacket Potato with Cheese and Beans
Breakfast – Muller Light and Fruit

Dinner – WW Wrap Cornish Pasty
Breakfast – Overnight Oats
Lunch – Egg Muffins and Beans
Dinner – Potato Wedge Nachos
