This dish is super easy to make but so tasty. And even better still if you do slimming world its sys free.
To make your own Chinese chicken you will need –
Chicken breasts – I use one per person
Start off my browning off the diced chicken in a frying pan using frylight and then set it to one side.
Add some more frylight to the pan and add the garlic mushrooms and diced onion. Cooking until they start to soften and brown.
Next add the carrot that has been cut long ways, baby corns, mangetout and broccoli.
Return the chicken to the pan and add the Oyster and Soy sauce.
Make up 200ml of chicken stock using one stock cube and add it to the saucepan.
Leave to simmer, which will allow the sauce to thicken, while you cook some noodles or rice to go with it.
Ensure that the chicken is cooked and then serve.
This dish is perfect when you are trying to fit the urge to order in a take away.
