Its time to stop making excuses, dig out the wheel power and crack on with slimming world. After doing so well slimming down for out wedding last year I have done the one thing I said I wouldn’t and piled it all back on.
Throughout the winter I don’t really take much notice, hiding away under big jumpers and comfy jeans. But not the warmer weather is making an appearance I regret my choices. I find myself struggling to find summery clothes in wardrobe that fit without the seams looking like they may burst and my self-confidnece is at an all time low.
Today is the day I dust myself down and get on with it. Planning meals really helps me stay on track so yesterday I sat down and made a plan of this weeks meals. Here’s what we are going to be having –
Monday – Chicken stuffed with HexA of Cheese wrapped in bacon with roasted vegetables
Tuesday – Bacon calzone with SW Chips and side salad
Wednesday – Steak with SW chips
Thursday – Jacket Potato with Cheese and Beans
Friday – BBQ Chicken Pizza
Saturday – Pork Tray Bake
Sunday – Chinese Chicken and Mushrooms
