I’ve totally fallen off the healthy eating wagon the last two weeks. Why is it that when we are feeling rubbish we eat rubbish, therefor making us feel any worse?
Over the two weeks I have put on 4lb but I’m not going to dwell. I’m now fully back on plan and have set myself a target of 10 stone 10 lb by the end of March.
