Meal Plan Monday 2

After a 5lb loss last week it’s safe to say that planning ahead definitely makes a difference. I’ve got my motivation back for creating tasty low or syn free meals. This week we are going to be trying out a couple of new recipes along with some firm favourites.

Monday – Chinese Chicken and Broccoli with Rice

Tuesday – Chesseburger Fries Pies

Wednesday – Salt and Chilli Chicken

Thursday – Bacon and Pepper Omelette with Chips

Friday – Spanish Hash

Saturday – Chicken Chow Mein

Sunday – Roast Dinner
