Meal Plan Monday #1

After a failed restart of slimming world last week I’m determined to be on the week ahead. All the fruit and veg has be been brought and I have planned the weeks meals. What could possibly get in the way?

Monday – Turkey Stir Fry

Tuesday – Slow Cooker Chilli

Wednesday – Slow cooker Hunters Chicken

Thursday – Creamy Pasta with Bacon, Mushrooms and Peas

Friday – Dirty Cajun Rice

Saturday – Chicken and Sweetcorn Noddles

Sunday – Roast Dinner

My slow cooker is my absolute life line this time of year. It frees up so much time in evenings.
